Adobe MAXIf you didn’t get to go to Adobe MAX (Don’t worry, I didn’t either), you can still see most of the sessions online. Some cool ones to check out are Flex for mobile, Flash Builder 4 Advanced Tips & Tricks, Effects in Flex 4, Building Applications for iPhone with Flash and Tackling Memroy And Performance in Flash, Flex & Adobe Air.  It’s filled with great content, so don’t stop there.

After a life-changing experience at the 2006 National Rainbow Gathering in Steamboat Springs, CO, I have been all about gatherings. If you’ve never heard of the Rainbow Family, check this video out. It’s a trailer for a new documentary about the Rainbow Gathering called “We Love You”. And definitely go to a gathering.

Earthdance 2009

Earthdance 2009

Man was made for more than sitting in a cubicle his whole life. How can you keep creative doing the same old thing every day? Sometimes you need to hop in that car, drive a thousand miles, and take yourself on an adventure.

Have you ever been so inspired you felt you could do anything? Well, that’s the feeling you get after a weekend of camping in the forest with thousands of creative people, all coming together to create a tribal community. There is live art, workshops, and visuals synced up with the best music in the history of the universe.

Next weekend is Earthdance 2009! Last year, this was one of the best times of my life! Within driving range of Northern California? Get directions and head out!

According to their website, you can also find “Global artisans market, all night music cafes, Speakers Forum, workshops, late night cinema, activist alley, performance art and eater, Kidlandia Kidz village, all night fire drum circle, and much much more..
